Re-Introducing our Vincentian Support Team!
Emmanuel Marquez:
Emmanuel Marquez is our Development & Vincentian Support Volunteer Manager, bilingual in English and Tagalog. Some of you have already met Emmanuel at our last spring Vincentian Appreciation Event, 2023 Blue Dress Breakfast and at this year’s Ozanam or Rendu trainings. He has over 10 years of combined leadership experience within development work, church-based organizations, non-profit business management, and worked with the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP). Rocio Fabela:
Rocio Fabela is our Vincentian Support and Latino Engagement Coordinator, bilingual in English and Spanish. She worked at the St. Philomena parish for many years as Pastoral Assistant, initiating a new movement to build the Hispanic ministry within various parishes throughout the Archdiocese. This year Rocio has been actively engaged in Vincentian Support working with St. Thomas, St. Anthony, Christ Our Hope, and St. Edward conferences, as well as coordinating the Ozanam and Rendu trainings in Spanish; along with conference database trainings and conducting home visits. Update on Jo Burkholder
Per our council’s communication to Vincentians last Spring, Jo Burkholder has taken a full-time position with Kaiser Permanente. Moreover, Jo continues to support the council in a limited capacity assisting the board in areas of strategic conversations.

The SVdP Council and Board minutes currently stored on the Member website are now password
protected to ensure confidentiality, while still allowing access to conference members.
